Cleaning Exterior Surfaces

When cleaning exterior surfaces, we begin with test panels to determine just the right materials, strengths and processes. Preparation for the job begins by protective covering the necessary adjacent areas.

Determined by the products used, the surface may be pre-wet. Then chemical cleaners are applied. The best methods of application may include using low pressure with uniformly flat nozzle spray pattern, a roller or soft densely fibered synthetic brush.

Efficient rinsing is accomplished with adjustable high pressure water units.

Upon completion, any staging and protective covering is removed. Newly cleaned masonry is ready to accept sealant.
